I provide a FREE 15 minute consultation to discuss your therapeutic needs and to see if we are a good for one another. If I cannot fulfill your needs I will provide you with resources and referrals to get you on the right track

Therapy Appointment availability:

6-9 pm: Monday
9am-12pm and 3-9 pm Tuesday and Wednesday
2-6pm Friday
​9am-12pm on Saturday (rotating) and sundays (every Sunday)

I am currently an Employee Assistance Program provider and I take a variety of insurances: Regence, Premera, Aetna, Cigna, First choice health, UHC and Optum plans.
​
I also take private pay clients and my fee is $125-250 an hour (depending on the session type) due at the start of session
