Meet Ashley!
Hello,
I'm excited to start scheduling some clients! My first day will be Sept 2. To start, I'll just be working Wednesdays from 9-1 and 1:30-6 while I learn the ropes of private practice. I do plan on increasing my days, but I'm not sure when that will be. The organization is Bellevue Psychiatry and people can call 425-600-5227 and request me specifically to start being put on my schedule.
Please also visit https://bellevuepsychiatry.intakeq.com/booking and select the first location (Bellevue Psychiatry). You can select me to book with on the following page
My bio!
I am board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 10 years of healthcare experience working in a variety of settings from outpatient to emergency. For the last 6 years, I have worked as an outpatient provider serving my community. I am passionate about working with clients to build a collaborative therapeutic alliance. I have a holistic and comprehensive patient-centered approach to help clients improve their quality of life, mental health, and overall wellness in a safe, respective, and inclusive environment. I feel it’s important to meet clients where they’re at and be mindful of how their past, current self, and future goals integrate into treatment planning.
Using compassionate evidenced-based practice, I work with clients (ages 18 yo and up) to create individualized and sustainable treatment plans. Treatment modalities include medications, functional psychiatry, lifestyle modifications, health education, and supportive therapy. I support coordinating care and collaborating as a team, which may include consults with therapy, primary care, or other specialties. I strive to help clients achieve overall wellness and am honored to assist clients on their mental health journey. I believe in empowering clients to take charge of their own health while making sure they feel heard and supported.
I currently specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorder, trauma-related disorders, adjustment disorder, and other mental health concerns. In my free time I enjoy adventures with my dog, playing video games, traveling, and going to concerts.
