Hi, I’m Rebecca!

I am a counseling intern working toward my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I welcome individuals seeking a compassionate, respectful, and understanding space to work through life’s challenges. My goal is to meet each person where they are, honoring their values, experiences, and personal journey.
I offer support for those navigating life transitions, processing past hurts, or seeking greater clarity and peace in their lives. This includes experiences such as grief, career changes, relationship challenges, and the effects of difficult or high-control environments. I also have a special interest in supporting women through peri-menopause and menopause, recognizing the importance of awareness and care during these seasons of life.

My approach is collaborative and relationship-focused, built on trust, authenticity, and mutual respect. I believe that healing often happens in connection with others, and I strive to create a safe environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and goals without fear of judgment.
Drawing from both professional training and personal experience, I aim to help clients recognize their strengths, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. Whatever your story, you are welcome here, and I look forward to walking alongside you as you take your next steps forward.

Hi, I’m Ethan Brand — a master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Certificate in Human Services Case Management from Washington State University.

My passion for counseling grew from personal experiences that showed me the life-changing impact of compassionate support. I believe no one should have to face pain, uncertainty, or healing alone.
Before beginning my graduate training, I worked in behavioral health, supporting individuals with complex mental health and behavioral needs. These experiences deepened my commitment to creating a safe, respectful space where people feel truly heard.

I have a special interest in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental—helping clients explore their experiences, uncover strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult chapter or seeking personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.
