My name is Rachael Jordan. Thank you for reaching out. I commend you for taking the initial steps toward your journey of resolution. Revitalize and Restore has a dedicated team of professionals ready to support you. As the owner of this group practice, I welcome conversations with therapists interested in joining our team. At Revitalize and Restore, your well-being and growth matter. Please visit our group practice page for additional information.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS), providing one-on-one therapy and clinical supervision to clinicians.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy and have over 21 years of experience assisting individuals on their path to recovery. As a couples and family therapist, I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches. I have a particular affinity for the Gottman Method, which is supported by over 20 years of research. I also incorporate Art Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

At Revitalize and Restore, we recognize the unique needs of each client and tailor our modalities accordingly. We encourage our staff to employ diverse approaches that best serve their clients’ needs.

I have provided clinical supervision to both new therapists pursuing licensure and licensed therapists, as well as facilitated group therapy and supervision sessions. Additionally, I have organized training events for professionals in the field and developed life skills and coping classes, which have been offered at local shelters such as Tacoma Rescue Mission. I am currently in my fourth year of private practice, as of June 21, 2025. I have been providing clinical supervision since 2020 and have been an officially licensed therapist since 2018.
