I provide a 15 minute consultation that can be scheduled online for $50 (out of pocket expense) to discuss your therapeutic needs and to see if we are a good for one another. If I cannot fulfill your needs I will provide you with resources and referrals to get you on the right track

Therapy Appointment availability: 

11-5 pm: Monday virtual only
10-5 pm Tuesday and Wednesday-virtual and in-person
10-5 pm: Thursday virtual only
12-4 pm Friday- virtual and in-person
​9am-12pm on Saturday (rotating, 1 times a month as available)

I take a variety of insurances: Regence, Premera, Aetna, Cigna, First choice health, UHC, HMA, Sierra Health and Life, and Optum plans.  Please ALWAYS check with your provider to insure I am in-network.

I also take private pay clients and my fee is $125-250 an hour (125 is 45 minutes, 150 is an hour and 250 is for an initial intake) due at session. My minimum for this new year is 125 an hour. Sliding fee scale no longer provided.
